Many believe that the authorized person is the person entrusted with the conclusion of the marriage contract between the Egyptian husband and the foreign wife, and this is a common mistake, as it is entrusted with the notary of the real estate registry of the Egyptian Ministry of Justice.
But in order for the marriage contract to be concluded between the Egyptian and the foreigner, the law set some conditions, and the law also required the fulfillment of some papers to document their marriage contract:-

First: the conditions
1- The husband and wife must be at least 18 years old.
2- The spouses should be Muslims, Christians or Jews, and if the husband is Muslim, his wife may be Christian or Jewish.

Second: Required documents
A – the Egyptian husband
1- A valid national number card for the Egyptian husband
2- health certificate شهادة
3-5 photos

B – the foreign wife
1- A valid passport and residence permit
2- health certificate شهادة
3-5 photos
4- The presence of a certificate from the embassy to which the wife’s nationality belongs (in which the wife’s complete data is recorded, in addition to religion and marital status).

Other than the aforementioned papers, two reasonable adult witnesses must be brought.
